As you can imagine, we would not be in business if it were not for you. As such, we want to ensure your satisfaction is more than met with our products. However, it does happen that the item may not be to your expectation, or maybe your partner was not thrilled you made a purchase. If so, we got you. Please review the returns policy below and we hope to have you come back again soon.
Returns and Refunds are as follows:
- All standard product sizes and options (materials) that are reflected on our site (excluding earrings) are available for a full refund for up to 30 Days from shipping date as long as product is in new condition. Excludes shipping cost.
- Excluded from return are custom made sizes or materials that are not shown as available standard options in a product's offering. Also, any standard products that are returned in less than new condition - these items are final sale.
- Process for return: Please start by contacting us by sending an email to info@alohadreamventures.com to get approval. Once you have approval, ship the product back to us. Once we receive the item and finalize the approval, we will credit you via your original payment method (i.e. credit card or check) for the total cost of the item (shipping cost not included). Please allow up to 48 hours for us to issue the refund. Processing time via your bank will determine amount of time before funds are credited to your account once refund via credit care is issued from Aloha Dream Ventures, LLC.
- Damaged item: if you receive your item damaged in anyway, please notify us immediately with details and any available pictures at info@alohadreamventures.com and we will issue you a replacement free of charge. This shipping damage policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of item. Note that if the item is not in stock, it will be put into production within 48 hours of your notification.
- Paper Images - please allow up to one week for production, one week for shipping.
- Metal Images - please allow one to two weeks for production, one week for shipping.
- Glass Images - please allow two weeks for production, one week for shipping.
- Koa Collection - please allow one week for production, one week for shipping.
- Custom sizes and material prints: All images can be custom made on different materials and at different sizes than what is shown. However, ADV has made our images on the best representation of material and size that we feel will best showcase the image. If a custom size or make is made, it is not available for refund.
